Princeton Property Management is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician II for Sawyer Pointe Apartments located in Scappoose. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. Schedule:

Monday through Friday 40 hours per week

Wage:

$28 to $30 Based on experience $50 phone reimbursement

Maintain clean exterior of grounds, including adjacent streets, which affects curb appeal daily. Maintain common, garbage dumpster and trash receptacle areas. Complete apartment turns. Complete resident maintenance requests promptly and thoroughly. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working area. Perform preventative maintenance inspections.
