In this vital role, you will perform a wide range of maintenance tasks across commercial properties, ensuring all systems operate smoothly and efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Responsibilities Show up on time for work & go over daily tasks with supervisor. Drive from diffrent sites and preform handy man services. General Building maintence & repairs. Carry out plumbing system maintenance and repair tasks to address leaks, blockages, or faulty fixtures efficiently. Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform carpentry work such as maintenance painting, drywall repairs, or fixture installations. Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams to execute precise repairs or installations in building infrastructure. Lead small maintenance projects or assist senior technicians with complex repairs while ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant or resident concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and safety checks. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or building operations with knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC repair, and carpentry. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and schematics for troubleshooting automated systems. Experience working with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) supplies to ensure proper inventory management. Excellent communication skills in English; capable of understanding technical manuals and schematics clearly. Leadership qualities with the ability to guide junior team members or coordinate multiple tasks efficiently. Physical ability to perform manual labor involving lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and working in various environmental conditions.
