Responsibilities:

Manage maintenance operations and supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Appropriate education in a related field such as electrical and/or mechanical engineering or facilities management. Certification in Facilities Management (CFM) or Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP). Progressive experience in maintenance operations and supervisory roles. A construction management background is preferred but not required. Technical skills and a strong understanding of building systems, equipment maintenance, and repair procedures.
