We are seeking dependable, skilled Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support our second- and third-shift operations. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment, facility systems, and other machinery used throughout our foundry. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and able to diagnose equipment problems in a fast-paced industrial environment. What You Will Do As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will: Complete preventive and corrective maintenance work orders.

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, and facility-related issues.

Diagnose equipment failures and identify appropriate repairs.

Respond to production equipment breakdowns and emergency repair calls.

Repair and maintain manufacturing equipment, machinery, and building systems.

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities.

Replace or repair worn, damaged, or malfunctioning components.

Use hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and measuring devices safely and effectively.

Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and improvement projects.

Document completed maintenance work and communicate equipment concerns to supervisors and production personnel.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Follow all company safety procedures, including lockout/tagout requirements.

Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.

At least two years of maintenance, mechanical, electrical, or related industrial experience.

Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.

Ability to troubleshoot problems and identify the root cause of equipment failures.

Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.

Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.

Basic computer skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and cooperate with supervisors, production employees, and other maintenance team members.

Reliable attendance and the ability to report to work as scheduled.

Willingness and ability to work second or third shift.

Must have or obtain a basic set of personal hand tools appropriate for the position. Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following areas is beneficial: Industrial or manufacturing maintenance

Electrical troubleshooting

Motors, drives, relays, sensors, and control systems

Hydraulics and pneumatics

Welding and fabrication

Bearings, conveyors, gearboxes, and power-transmission systems

Preventive and predictive maintenance

PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment

Foundry, heavy manufacturing, or similar industrial environments Physical and Work Environment Requirements This position requires the ability to: Stand and walk for prolonged periods.

Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and climb.

Climb ladders and work from elevated areas.

Work in confined, restricted, or awkward spaces.

Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Safely operate tools and maintenance equipment.

Work around operating machinery and industrial equipment.

Work in an industrial foundry environment that may include heat, dust, noise, fumes, and temperature changes.
