Job Summary •Pay scale to start will vary based off prior experience & Maintenance in this position•$ 16.00 is entry level w/o prior experience We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and demonstrate proficiency in various technical skills. Willing to learn, and be teachable ! Be able to work well with peers. This role involves ensuring the proper functioning of equipment, performing repairs, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs. Perform repairs and maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for troubleshooting and repairs. Execute welding tasks as required for equipment repair or fabrication. Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot issues effectively. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Oversee residential painting projects as needed to ensure aesthetic quality and durability. Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients or team members during maintenance activities. Supervise junior maintenance staff, providing guidance and leadership to ensure high-quality work standards. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems. Proficient in electrical experience, including working with ohmmeters for testing circuits. Experience in facilities maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Excellent communication skills in English for effective collaboration with team members and clients. Leadership abilities to supervise and mentor other technicians in the field. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment maintenance requirements. Customer service orientation to address client needs promptly and professionally.
