40.00 hours per week / Day Shift / Full-Time

Description Applicant must be able to operate backhoe, dump truck, snow plow, and other types of equipment. They must have knowledge of plumbing, electrical, road work pertaining to patching holes, setting storm drains, and cutting asphalt and concrete. Applicant must be able to maintain vehicles, scale ladders of varying heights, and lift at least 100lbs. Wage is based on level of experience. Other responsibilities determined by experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Operation of equipment, including, but not limited to:

Backhoe.

Dump truck.

Snowplow.

Excavation equipment.

Lawn tractor.

Jack hammers.

Chain saws.

Picks.

Shovels.

All aspects of plumbing:

Hot water tank installation.

Commode repair.

Replacement of sink faucets and piping.

Snow removal:

Plowing

Shoveling snow

Maintenance of roads, sidewalks, and storm drains:

Saw cutting of concrete and asphalt.

Patching potholes.

Cleaning of storm/sewage drains and catch basins.

Electrical repairs:

Installation and replacements of outlets, switches, fans, motors, incandescent lighting.

Other minor electrical repairs.

Other possible responsibilities:

Painting (interior and exterior).

Masonry replacement and installation.

Equipment maintenance and repair:

Change and rotate tires.

Change all filters.

Replacement of headlights and other lighting.

Maintaining cleanliness of all equipment.

Installation of annual Christmas decorations and lighting.

Janitorial duties:

Cleaning of comfort station restrooms and maintenance shed

Driver's License:
