Job Title:

Maintenance Technician As a maintenance technician you will play a critical role in keeping production operations running smoothly. An ideal candidate will be someone who possesses industry knowledge and skills and is interested in furthering their career with an ever-growing company. Job Duties:

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment. Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime. Install, modify, and maintain conveyors, mixers, packaging equipment, and related production machinery. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Maintain motors, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, sensors, and control systems. Support facility maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, compressed air systems, and building repairs.

Qualifications:

Prior professional work experience as a maintenance technician High mechanical aptitude and knowledge Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair both mechanical and electrical issues on industrial machinery Welding and fabrication skills/knowledge would be a plus

Compensation:

$28-$34/HR Overtime is available on a consistent basis This position offers a 4 day work week Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Girard, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $100000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
