Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician, with 480-volt 3 phase, schematic reading and controls experience, to assist with facility maintenance needs. The ideal candidate has 3+ years previous maintenance experience, as well as electrical experience. Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues
• Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Assist in production floor management & warehouse activities as necessary
• Fabricate and install new equipment or components as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders

Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree preferred
• Experience in a light industrial setting greatly preferred
• Proven experience in maintenance or related field
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
