The Work This is a hands-on role with real variety. On any given day you might be diagnosing a diesel engine, troubleshooting a hydraulic system, performing preventive maintenance, or handling basic electrical repairs. You'll work independently, manage your own time, and take ownership of keeping this facility running smoothly. What You Bring 2+ years of mechanic experience Hands-on experience with small gas and diesel engines, pumps, hydraulics, and basic electrical Welding experience A self-starter mindset
