In this role, you will help maintain guest rooms, guest cottages, and the Inn while ensuring all work is completed in accordance with established quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms, guest cottages, and throughout the Inn. Complete all assignments in accordance with Engineering Department performance and safety standards. Assist Room Attendants with heavy cleaning tasks as needed. Greet guests professionally and courteously at all times. Maintain guest accommodations to Skytop's standards following training. Complete assigned work orders and daily tasks in a timely manner. Perform additional duties and assignments as required. Qualifications Previous maintenance, housekeeping, hospitality, or related experience preferred. Basic knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Schedule No set schedule Must be available to work a rotating schedule that includes:- 1st Shift 2nd Shift Weekends Flexibility is required to meet operational needs. Physical Requirements Ability to work steadily throughout the day performing physically demanding tasks. Ability to walk for extended periods. Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and reach frequently. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to complete daily assignments efficiently and safely. Why Join Us?
