Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced Pool Service Technicians to join our team. This position will service pools within the Greater Philadelphia area including: Bucks, Montgomery, Mercer County, Montgomery Country, Hunterdon County, Burlington County, Berks County, Chester County, Delaware County & Philadelphia County. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the opening & closing of pools, regular maintenance, cleaning, and repairs of residential swimming pool equipment. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine pool maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool plaster. Test and balance water chemistry to ensure optimal pool conditions. Inspect pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters for proper functioning. Diagnose and repair pool equipment issues promptly and efficiently. Install, replace, and upgrade pool equipment as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve pool circulation and filtration problems. Conduct pool inspections to identify potential issues and recommend solutions. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns. Keep accurate records of service visits, maintenance tasks, and repairs. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in pool maintenance.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience as a Pool Service Technician or in a similar role. Knowledge of pool chemistry, water treatment, and filtration systems. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with various pool equipment brands and models. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Physical fitness and ability to lift 75 lbs. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Pool Service Technician certification (CST) is a plus.
