We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support plant operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position plays an important role in minimizing equipment downtime, improving reliability, and ensuring production machinery operates safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with industrial equipment, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented maintenance department. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs to minimize production downtime. Maintain and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, and other industrial equipment. Troubleshoot electrical systems, including AC/DC circuits, sensors, controls, and motor starters. Assist with PLC troubleshooting and basic controls diagnostics. Perform welding, fabrication, machining, and general equipment repairs as needed. Complete preventative maintenance tasks, inspections, work orders, and required documentation. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency. Follow established safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) requirements. Work closely with production and other departments to identify and resolve equipment issues. Qualifications 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills. Electrical troubleshooting experience, including 24V-480V systems , preferred. Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and industrial machinery. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals. PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus. Welding and fabrication experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize multiple maintenance needs in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to work safely in a heavy industrial/manufacturing setting. Preferred Experience Candidates with previous experience in foundry, steel, automotive, machining, stamping, or other heavy manufacturing environments are strongly encouraged to apply. CIV123
