Role:
We are looking for a hard-working Shift Maintenance Tech with a strong electrical background to maintain safe and efficient operating assets which contribute to delivering plant output, quality and cost objectives and meet customer expectations, to provide technical knowledge which assists in the development of the Maintenance and wider Supply Chain skill levels and supports effective real-time troubleshooting and problem resolution, to ensure continued development and delivery of a 'Best Practice' Reliability-Centered Maintenance program through improving process and people inputs. We are a food manufacturing facility that specializes in coextruded gels and casings. The successful candidate will possess knowledge of quality systems, food hygiene, and SOP's with the ability to comprehend the importance of these key areas and their impact on the business.
Skills :
Preferred Associates Degree in
Electrical, Mechanical, or Welding Knowledge :
Proficient in MS Windows (particularly Word and Excel) and the use of Ipads for data entry in the CMMS System. Ability to read and understand equipment manuals and drawings as needed. Working knowledge of lock out/tag out, confined space, and hot work permit procedures.
