Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! In this energetic role, you will be at the forefront of maintaining and repairing a wide array of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems across our facilities. Your expertise will ensure that all equipment operates smoothly, safety standards are upheld, and operational efficiency is maximized. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, refrigeration units, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration), and kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and mechanical systems using schematics and technical manuals. Install, upgrade, and calibrate appliances and mechanical equipment with precision and attention to detail. Conduct repairs on air conditioning units, HVAC systems, refrigeration appliances, and kitchen equipment to minimize downtime. Operate company vehicles safely for maintenance tasks across multiple sites while adhering to all safety protocols. Read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and manuals to diagnose issues accurately. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and inspections completed for compliance and tracking purposes. Collaborate with team members to lead maintenance projects or assist in training new technicians on equipment repair procedures. Experience Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, and mechanical systems repair. Demonstrated ability to read schematics and technical diagrams effectively for troubleshooting purposes. Hands-on experience with appliance installation, kitchen equipment maintenance, and HVAC system repair is highly desirable. Knowledge of maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices within construction or industrial environments. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills to address complex equipment issues swiftly. Customer service skills that enable clear communication with clients or team members regarding repairs or maintenance needs. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely in various settings. Additional certifications such as HVAC & appliance technology or refrigeration licenses are a plus but not mandatory; relevant training will be provided for the right candidate.
