Onsite Hours :

Monday - Friday, 06:00 AM to 02:30 PM (ability to work overtime as needed) What you will be doing: You will ensure safe maintenance, repairs, and replacement of plant equipment and systems.



You will beresponsible formaximum productivity and quality in accordance with safety, health, and fire regulations. Maintains and repairs all equipment, buildings, andfacilities. Troubleshoots all machinery and conveyorsystems. Uses Pick2Light systems, which analyzes computer system errors enabling maintenance to make repairs, reset faults, etc., asneeded. Establishes and coordinates priority work projects andrepairs. Provides directions, assigns tasks and minor work of other personnel, and reports to thesupervisor. Prepares reports, monitors maintenance schedules, and monitors employee timerecords. Reviews Preventative Maintenance (PM) work orders and logs them into Benchmark. Maintains partsinventory. Prepares schedules, oversees work activities, performance appraisals, counsel employees,etc. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma. 2+ years related experience in specialized or technical training. 5+ years' experience in Maintenance environment. Ability to work well with others adhering to company values. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in industrial environments for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 75 pounds occasionally. Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and from elevated work platforms when required. Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including indoor and outdoor settings. Ability to work overtime, weekends, and emergency call-ins as necessary. Ability to stock and organize products safely and accordingly, as some items are fragile. Ability to review and process shipping documents. Supportsprocess andlogisticsimprovement initiatives. Follows established safety guidelines and OSHA regulations tomaintaina safe work environment. Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) systems.
