Summary Maintenance Associates report to the Maintenance Team Leader. Responsible for constructing and maintaining necessary production related equipment.

Duties Include But Not Limited To:

• Troubleshooting and repair any machine maintenance problems including mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and electronics
• Assisting in training and development of associates
• Maintaining plant mechanical controls
• Constructing and maintaining necessary production related equipment
• Maintaining maintenance work area
• Maintaining safe work environment
• Maintaining good 5S
• Working with production engineering to improve production processes
• Ability to lift 40 pounds continuously
• Any other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Position requires a High School Diploma or GED. Associates Degree in Electro Mechanical Technology Preferred.
