Full-Time Pay:
$24.00 - $26.00 per hour Position Summary Pratis Properties LLC is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience, general apartment maintenance skills, and a professional, team-oriented attitude. Candidates must be willing and able to live on the property and participate in an on-call rotation. Work Schedule
Monday through Friday
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
On-call responsibilities required
Duties and Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems.
Complete routine maintenance work orders promptly and professionally.
Perform apartment make-ready services for new residents.
Conduct plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
Assist with preventative maintenance programs and overall property upkeep.
Maintain common areas, grounds, and building systems.
Provide courteous and professional service to residents, vendors, and coworkers.
Follow company safety policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
Required
EPA Type II or Universal Certification.
Knowledge of HVAC diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair.
Minimum one (1) year of vocational training in a related field.
Minimum one (1) year of maintenance or HVAC experience.
Valid driver's license.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Dependable, professional, and customer-service focused.
Willing and able to live on the property.
Preferred
Apartment or multifamily maintenance experience.
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and carpentry.
