Job:

Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Job Function:

Under general supervision, performs custodial duties to include building and grounds maintenance. Keeps office, restrooms, warehouse, and property clean and orderly as directed by supervisors.

Required Skills:

Ensure areas are prepared and orderly by taking out trash, cleaning all areas of the office, restrooms, warehouse and facility which includes (but not limited to): Sweep/mopping floors, dusting, window washing, lawn maintenance, pick up steel banding, cut & stock wood. Works and coordinates with multiple areas of warehouse coworkers/supervisors to complete tasks daily. Maintain compliance with all safety requirements, policies and procedures. Safety sensitive for his/her owns safety and/or of others safety. Demonstrate initiative to proactively seek out work and complete tasks. Enthusiastic team player with a motivating positive attitude. Committed to a workplace of culture and respect. Dependable and consistent attendance/punctuality. May need to work overtime and weekends as assigned (depending on business needs). Performance of other Warehouse or other tasks as required by the absence of a department member or due to the existence of a backlog of work. Special projects as specified by management.
