Join our dynamic facilities team as a Property Maintenance Technician and become a vital part of maintaining safe, functional, and welcoming residential properties. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks to ensure the comfort and safety of residents while supporting the overall operation of our facilities. Your expertise will help create an environment where residents feel valued and cared for, all while honing your skills in a fast-paced, rewarding setting. Duties Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
Perform repairs and troubleshooting using schematics, technical manuals.
Carry out residential painting projects to maintain property aesthetics and curb appeal.
Respond promptly to resident service requests with excellent customer service skills, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field within residential or manufacturing environments..
Ability to operate tools such as welders and other diagnostic instruments safely and effectively.
Experience with residential painting techniques and general handyman skills.
Supervising experience or leadership skills that support team coordination and project management.
Excellent communication skills in English to clearly document work activities and interact with residents and team members.
