Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated and diligent individual to join our team as a Grounds Pool Maintenance Worker.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appearance and functionality of outdoor spaces around pool areas.

Clean pools using chemicals, brushes, nets etc. Back flush and maintenance as required.

Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure our facilities remain welcoming and pristine for all visitors and clients. This position is Monday-Friday with starting pay of $10.00 per hour for the first 2 weeks of training, increasing to $15.00 per hour after training.

A work vehicle will be provided for transportation from the work yard to job site4s.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general upkeep and maintenance tasks on pools and poolside areas, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness.
• Regularly inspect grounds for debris and remove any trash, litter, or hazardous materials promptly.
• Operate and maintain a variety of equipment such as mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, and other landscaping tools.
• Apply chemicals and create a acceptable PH Factor safely and effectively to pool waters.
• Conduct routine inspection of all grounds and outdoor structures, identifying potential issues and addressing them promptly.
• Assist with pool area maintenance as needed, including cleaning pool decks and surrounding areas.
•  Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is preferred but not required.
• Able to lift up to 100lbs occasionally required.
• Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
