Job Description

Field Maintenance Technician Help Keep Our Equipment Running and Our Trucks on the Road - Join the Hydro-Con Team! Hydro-Con is seeking a Field Maintenance Technician to travel to multiple project locations each week to inspect, service, and maintain company vehicles and equipment. This position requires travel 4-5 days per week to project sites throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas . What You'll Work On Diesel Pickup Trucks Cummins, Duramax, and Power Stroke engines Diagnostics, preventative maintenance, repairs, and general service High-Pressure Power Washers Hot-water skid units Belt-driven pumps Diesel burners Unloader valves Hose reels Towable Air Compressors 185-1,600 CFM rotary screw compressors Preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and general service Daily Responsibilities Perform scheduled preventative maintenance (PMs) Respond to field service and roadside repair calls Diagnose mechanical issues and complete repairs Maintain accurate service records Help ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently Qualifications Mechanical knowledge and hands-on maintenance experience Valid driver's license ( required ) Clean driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Personal tools ( preferred ) Ability to travel throughout
Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas What We Offer Starting Pay:
$20.00 per hour, with performance-based raises
Overtime:
Time-and-a-half after 40 hours worked
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 10-12 hour shifts, with occasional
Saturdays Company Transportation:
Transportation to and from project locations is provided Opportunity to grow with a fast-paced, expanding company
