Job Description

Implicity Management is looking for a self-motivated certified Maintenance Technician. Candidate must be EPA certified.

Responsibilities:

Inventory and order parts as needed to complete work orders as well as handling the budget as needed. Repair maintenance issues which included, but not limited to, A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair. Be able to effectively communicate with the property manager on a daily basis. Provide residents with outstanding customer service. Completing minor repair work, which includes repairing doors, locks, door frames and handles as well as replacing light bulbs, sockets, switches and window glass. Perform basic plumbing tasks, which include unclogging drains as well as fixing leaking faucets and toilets. Promptly respond to requests for emergency repairs. Inspects vacated apartments and completes checklists for make-ready. Assist with trash outs as needed. Be comfortable being on the on-call rotation. .

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year general maintenance or property experience Carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC experience. EPA Certified. Benefits Implicity Management offers competitive pay, company paid for health program, vision and dental package, 401K.
