Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and EPA-certified Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in. This energetic role is perfect for a proactive professional with a passion for maintaining and repairing

You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our apartment communities by performing a wide range of maintenance tasks. Your expertise will help create a comfortable, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your technical skills while contributing to a vibrant community. Responsibilities Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment. Conduct repairs using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as Handle HVAC system repairs (CERTIFIED EPA) , including filter replacements, system inspections, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance. Execute carpentry tasks such as drywall repair, painting (including residential painting), door/window adjustments, and general interior maintenance. Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to guide repairs or installations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and parts inventory for compliance and reporting purposes. Experience Proven experience in residential or commercial property maintenance with a strong background in electrical work, plumbing, HVAC repair, and carpentry. EPA certification is required; experience handling refrigerants in HVAC systems is essential. Hands-on experience with electrical equipment repair using tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters. Knowledge of facilities maintenance operations including MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) procedures. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for various repair tasks. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and resident interactions. Leadership qualities are beneficial for mentoring junior team members or supervising contractors when needed. Cleaning pools. Pay:
