Job Description

About the Role We are currently seeking a dependable, self-motivated Pool Service Technician to join our team and service customers throughout the Conroe, Magnolia, and The Woodlands areas. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, provides great customer service, and is comfortable working independently. Previous pool service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. As a Pool Service Technician, you'll be responsible for keeping our customers' pools clean, safe, and operating at their best. Responsibilities Service a regular route of residential and/or commercial pools, approximately 50-55 pools per week Skim, vacuum, brush, and clean pool surfaces and floors Test and balance pool water chemistry Clean and maintain filters, pumps, baskets, and other basic pool equipment Diagnose and perform minor repairs, including replacing bags, baskets, and O-rings Identify and report equipment problems, leaks, and needed repairs Maintain accurate service records and communicate service updates Greet customers professionally and answer basic pool-care questions Operate and maintain a company-provided service vehicle and equipment responsibly Qualifications Previous pool cleaning or pool service experience preferred, but not required Basic knowledge of pool water chemistry and safe chemical handling is a plus Familiarity with pool circulation systems, including pumps, filters, heaters, and valves, is preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Comfortable working outdoors in heat and varying weather conditions Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks
Pay:
$15.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 40.0 per week
