In this role, you will handle a variety of small-to-medium residential repairs, maintenance tasks, and light remodeling projects. This position exists to provide local homeowners with reliable, high-quality home improvement services they can trust. You will enjoy the independence of working in the field, backed by the support of a locally owned team and the trusted Ace Hardware brand. What Success Looks Like On a day-to-day basis, you will travel to homes in the Spicewood area to complete scheduled projects. You might patch drywall and paint in the morning, then install a new door or tile a backsplash in the afternoon. You will interact directly with homeowners, explaining the scope of work and ensuring they are comfortable with the process. Over time, success in this role means: Consistently delivering high-quality workmanship that stands the test of time. Building strong rapport with local customers, leading to repeat business and positive reviews. Managing your time and materials efficiently to complete jobs on schedule. Collaborating with our office dispatch team to ensure smooth transitions between projects. What You Bring to the Team To be successful in this role, you need to be a well-rounded tradesperson who takes pride in their work and enjoys helping others.

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. The ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Clear, professional communication skills when speaking with customers and team members.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Prior experience in home inspection or project estimating. Advanced skills in custom finish carpentry or cabinet installation. What We Offer We believe in supporting our team members with consistent work, fair compensation, and the tools they need to succeed.
