Job Description Position:

Full-Time Property Maintenance Technician Starting Pay:

$21.00 to 25.00/hour (depending on experience) +

Monthly Bonus Benefits:

Primarily weekdays with minimal weekend and evening hours Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and demonstrate proficiency in various technical skills. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic, a problem-solving mindset, and excellent communication skills. You'll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration and professionalism. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs in areas such as: HVAC troubleshooting Painting and drywall repair Plumbing Landscaping Basic electrical work Collaborate effectively with team members and maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude Utilize company-provided tools and equipment to complete tasks efficiently

Qualifications:
