Full-Time Property Maintenance Technician Starting Pay:

$21.00 to 25.00/hour (depending on experience) +

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs in areas such as: HVAC troubleshooting Painting and drywall repair Plumbing Landscaping Basic electrical work Collaborate effectively with team members and maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude Utilize company-provided tools and equipment to complete tasks efficiently

Qualifications:
