Maintenance Technician (Starting Pay $18) We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure all property equipment is functioning, premises are maintained in pristine condition, and guest rooms are in good repair. You'll work with minimal supervision performing essential duties including responding to guest requests, completing repairs from work orders, conducting preventative maintenance inspections, and maintaining clean work areas. This role requires managing all tasks outlined in the Green Shield Binder in accordance with company standards. Role:

Key responsibilities include performing out-of-room cleaning to keep the premises pristine, completing repairs in a timely and professional manner, following the Green Shield Inspection schedule daily, maintaining all required records, ensuring fire safety equipment is operational and compliant, and handling emergency responses when needed. You'll also maintain organized maintenance rooms, boiler rooms, electric rooms, and HVAC rooms in accordance with company standards and local ordinances. We're seeking candidates who can read and speak English proficiently, understand and follow safety rules and maintenance instructions, apply good judgment, and assist with resolving guest issues. High School Diploma or GED required, plus one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Physical requirements include remaining mobile, navigating the hotel, occasionally pushing/pulling objects up to 50 pounds, and working in various conditions including outside weather.
