Depends on Experience (DOE) Legend Fence is looking for a dependable and motivated Crew Foreman / Fence Installer to join our team and lead a fencing installation crew. Previous fencing experience is NOT required , but candidates must have prior construction experience and be comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. This is a leadership position. We're looking for someone who can manage a crew, communicate effectively, problem-solve in the field, and take responsibility for keeping projects organized and moving efficiently from start to finish! Responsibilities Lead and manage a fence installation crew during daily operations Coordinate daily tasks and keep crew members productive and organized Read job information, measurements, layouts, and project instructions Install various types of residential and commercial fencing Safely operate a mini excavator and other construction equipment/tools Load, transport, organize, and account for job materials Communicate with Operations Management regarding job progress, materials, changes, or issues Troubleshoot unexpected field conditions and help find practical solutions Maintain quality workmanship and ensure projects meet company standards Promote a safe, professional, and team-oriented work environment Take responsibility for equipment, vehicles, tools, and materials assigned to the crew Required Qualifications Previous construction experience required Strong leadership and crew-management skills Ability to confidently manage day-to-day field operations Experience operating construction equipment, including a mini excavator Strong communication and problem-solving skills Dependable, organized, and able to take initiative Comfortable performing physical outdoor work Valid driver's license and reliable transportation CDL preferred/required for the position — Legend Fence may be willing to assist the right candidate in obtaining their CDL Fence Experience No previous fencing experience is required! We can teach the right candidate the fencing side of the position. We're primarily looking for someone who already has a strong construction background, leadership ability, management skills, and the work ethic to successfully lead a crew. Pay:

$15.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
