seeking Full-Time Maintenance Technician for Enosburg/Richford area. Ideal candidate will have knowledge of carpentry, plumbing & heating; must be able to lift up to 80lbs. Duties include, but not limited to: painting, cleaning of apartments at turnover, minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs. Must be available for after-hours emergency calls. Valid driver's license & insurance required. Hourly rate based on experience. Plus on-call stipend. Local travel required. Summary As a Maintenance Technician, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of facilities through effective maintenance and repair. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will utilize your core skills in mechanical knowledge, schematics, and facilities maintenance to address various issues. Your premium skills in will enhance your ability to troubleshoot complex systems. Additionally, your relevant skills in carpentry, plumbing, and customer service will support a well-rounded approach to maintenance tasks, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.
