About Us Ness Mgmt LLC is an owner-operated property management company based in Mount Vernon, WA. We own and manage multifamily apartment communities and commercial properties. We take pride in maintaining our properties well and doing as much of our maintenance and renovation work in-house as possible. We are looking for a skilled, experienced maintenance technician who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and taking pride in the finished product. This is not a position where you will simply be given a list of small maintenance tasks every morning. Our technicians are trusted to look at a problem, figure out what needs to be done, plan the work, gather the necessary materials, and get the job completed. Many of our apartment turnovers involve repairs, upgrades, and light remodeling, so we are looking for someone with a broad construction and maintenance skill set. About the Position You will work on occupied apartments, vacant units, common areas, and exterior property improvements. A typical week may include troubleshooting a plumbing issue, repairing drywall, painting an apartment, installing flooring, repairing a deck, replacing doors or windows, or helping complete a larger apartment renovation. We are looking for someone who has strong hands-on residential construction or maintenance experience Skills We Need Interior Maintenance & Renovation Electrical repairs and troubleshooting Plumbing repairs and troubleshooting Painting Drywall repair and replacement Mudding and texture Door and window repair/installation Laminate and tile flooring installation Cabinet and countertop repair/installation Door casing and base trim General carpentry General maintenance troubleshooting Apartment turnover and renovation work Exterior Maintenance Door and window repairs You do not need to be an expert in every trade listed above, but you should have substantial experience in several areas and be comfortable learning the rest What We Value We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work . Pay:

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
