Piller Aimmco is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair our plastic injection molding machines, robotics, auxiliary equipment, and facility systems. This position is ideal for someone with strong electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting skills who can respond confidently to equipment issues, minimize downtime, and help improve long-term equipment reliability. What You'll Do Perform preventive maintenance on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and robotic systems. Diagnose equipment malfunctions and repair or replace defective components. Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, manuals, and work orders. Respond to production equipment breakdowns with urgency and accuracy. Install, maintain, and improve production and facility equipment. Perform basic machining and fabrication work as needed. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. Support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projects. Follow all safety requirements, including lockout/tagout, PPE, tool safety, and housekeeping standards. Work collaboratively with production, engineering, and other maintenance team members. What We're Looking For At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience. Strong electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting experience. Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Basic computer and math skills. Ability to obtain and maintain powered industrial equipment certification. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Reliable, dependable attendance and the ability to consistently meet the assigned work schedule. Preferred Experience Plastic injection molding equipment. Robotics and automated manufacturing systems. Preventive maintenance systems and QMS procedures. Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement. Technical certification or trade school education in industrial maintenance or a related field.
