Job Summary:

We are seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be doing varying property maintenance jobs, such as; Lawn Care and Cleaning of the different properties and facilities we cover. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and also have the ability to work as a team but also independently.

Duties:

• Lawn Care; weed eating, lawn mowing, and other various duties related to lawn care.
• Janitorial cleaning of the facilities that require it.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete jobs.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies

Skills:

• Experience is not necessary, will provide on the job training.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as a team.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

We offer competitive pay based on experience. Starting wages begin at $17.00/hr, with oppertunity to negotiate an increase of starting wage based on experience, as well as the oppertunity for raise in wage after 30 & 60 days based on performance.
