Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be doing varying property maintenance jobs, such as; Lawn Care and Cleaning of the different properties and facilities we cover. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and also have the ability to work as a team but also independently.Duties:
- Lawn Care; weed eating, lawn mowing, and other various duties related to lawn care.
- Janitorial cleaning of the facilities that require it.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete jobs.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies
Skills:
- Experience is not necessary, will provide on the job training.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as a team.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
