About the Role As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a critical partner in ensuring the seamless operation of our production and facility infrastructure. By leveraging your expertise in mechanical troubleshooting and electrical systems, you will drive equipment reliability and optimize production uptime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Execute proactive preventive maintenance programs, including lubrication and inspection, to maximize equipment longevity. Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical malfunctions in processing and ancillary equipment to minimize downtime. Manage tool and material inventory, ensuring necessary supplies are available for efficient repairs. Document all maintenance activities and equipment performance reports with high accuracy. Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate potential equipment failures and coordinate repair priorities. Uphold rigorous food safety, quality, and OSHA standards to maintain a secure and compliant workplace. Qualifications Required Skills High School diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance setting. Strong proficiency in mechanical repair and electrical troubleshooting. Ability to interpret electrical systems and utilize testing meters. Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and quality protocols. Hands-on experience with welding and general fabrication. Preferred Skills Basic knowledge of PLC systems and logic. Prior experience in food manufacturing or high-speed packaging environments. Background in machine operations and complex equipment assembly. Proven ability to manage maintenance workflows independently.
