Premier Real Estate Management is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team servicing multiple apartment communities. We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated individual with strong maintenance skills and, most importantly, a positive attitude and commitment to exceptional resident service. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of maintenance, repair, and property upkeep tasks to ensure our communities remain safe, clean, functional, and welcoming for residents. We offer a competitive compensation package including: 401(k) plan Paid vacation Paid holidays Advancement opportunities Supportive team environment Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repairs of apartment homes, buildings, and grounds Complete apartment turnovers, including cleaning, repairs, and preparation for new residents Perform light painting, carpentry, drywall repairs, flooring repairs, and landscaping tasks Troubleshoot and perform minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs Respond promptly and professionally to resident maintenance requests Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems Ensure smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and other safety systems are functioning properly Complete regular safety checks and maintain compliance with company standards Maintain accurate records of work completed and inspections performed Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment Keep tools, work areas, and storage spaces clean and organized Schedule and coordinate repair appointments with vendors and residents as needed Perform snow removal and seasonal property maintenance Assist with pest control and grounds maintenance Be available for after-hours emergency calls on a rotating schedule Perform other duties as assigned by management Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50-75 pounds regularly Ability to stand and walk for up to 90% of the workday Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, twist, and turn throughout the day Ability to reach above shoulder level and work in a variety of positions Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements and use maintenance tools safely Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position. Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems required Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred, but not required Must possess basic maintenance tools Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Must be reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Must maintain a positive attitude, be a team player, and demonstrate professionalism when interacting with residents, vendors, and coworkers Why Join Our Team? Pay:

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
