Job Overview We are seeking skilled Apt Maintenance Technician for our new property to ensure the seamless operation and upkeep of new buildings. You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting problems to help us deliver exceptional living experiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at an apartment community from the ground up. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs in apartments. Support plumbing maintenance by repairing leaks, clearing blockages, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential units and common areas. Lead or assist with maintenance projects during property turnover or upgrades to ensure timely completion. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to resident requests or concerns related to facilities issues. On-call duties Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in building interior maintenance and facilities upkeep. Hands-on experience with HVAC system repair and maintenance; familiarity with HVAC systems is essential. Skilled in plumbing system maintenance and repair; able to diagnose issues accurately. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other maintenance machinery safely. Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or as part of a team on complex projects. Pay:

$28.00 - $30.00 per hour
