Job Description

Hours & Schedule Hours:

2:00PM

•10:30

PM Schedule:

Monday

•Friday, OT as needed on the weekends. Pay Range & Growth Opportunity Pay Starting at $30.40 per hour and up, based on experience

Pay Premiums:

$3.00 per hour for night shift hours (6:00 PM

•6:00 AM) $2.25 per hour for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) Job Summary As a Maintenance Technician , you are responsible for supporting facility reliability and production efficiency through preventive maintenance, equipment repair, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Performs maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, refrigeration, and utility systems; conducts inspections and preventive maintenance; fabricates and welds components; and responds to equipment issues to minimize downtime. Maintains accurate maintenance records, develops job plans and procedures, coordinates with vendors, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Also supports facility upkeep, grounds maintenance, snow removal, and operation of forklifts and lift equipment What You Need to Be Considered for the Role Minimum of two (2) years of related mechanical or electrical experience and/or training required. Manufacturing industry experience required. Good math skills Good problem-solving skills Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office and CMMS Good electrical concepts (proper use of test equipment; schematic symbol & diagram comprehension, wiring, etc.) Good mechanical knowledge (machine guarding, drive belt installation & alignment, seal replacements, etc.) Good pneumatic & hydraulic knowledge (replace and repair; check valves; filter assembly, etc.) Welding and fabrication knowledge preferred. Preferred Qualifications Associate degree in a related field Refrigeration Operator 1 certification preferred.

Physical Demands and Work Conditions:

This role requires the ability to regularly lift and move materials, as well as frequent standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion. The work environment includes exposure to production equipment, refrigerated conditions, and a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Employees are expected to follow all safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. High School Diploma or better in Other.
