Job Description

Industrial Maintenance Technician needed to support safe, productive operations. Requires expertise across electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and welding systems, and the ability to troubleshoot and improve equipment performance. Work hours include 7:00-3:30 pm, 8:00-5:00 pm, and 4:00 pm-2:30 am shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, including primary and control circuits. Program ladder logic and troubleshoot PLC issues. Read and interpret blueprints for installations and maintenance. Perform TIG welding and other fabrication tasks. Install, set up, and commission new equipment. Monitor production machines, ensuring compliance with specifications. Conduct root-cause analysis to prevent recurring deficiencies. Assist in training machine operators on equipment operation and safety. Maintain building infrastructure and support general maintenance. Suggest process improvements to enhance equipment reliability. Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for documentation. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
You have strong electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical troubleshooting skills. You can program ladder logic and resolve PLC issues. You are proficient in TIG welding, blueprint reading, and documentation
