Our client, a high-end apartment and housing community management company, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the property management support team, ensuring the community remains a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to property upkeep, which will align successfully in the organization.

$720 weekly

Shift:

M-F, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm What's the Job? Perform minor repairs and general maintenance tasks across the property Complete light cleaning and upkeep of common areas and grounds Conduct painting and drywall repairs as needed Remove debris, trash, and unwanted materials from the property Assist with basic maintenance such as fixture repairs and equipment upkeep What's Needed? Experience with general maintenance or property upkeep preferred Ability to handle physical work and use basic tools effectively Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle report What's in it for me?
