Job Description
We are a highly diversified growing operation looking for a candidate to help with plant and automated bagging line operation, including running a front end loader and forklift. A positive attitude and attention to detail to ensure quality and production levels are maintained as well as a willingness to go above and beyond basic job requirements are important attributes we look for in a candidate. We look for more than task completion, we look for task mastery. From time to time you may also be assisting with typical ranch work such as feeding, fencing, calving, branding, haying and operating heavy equipment. This position requires being a flexible self-starter and being able to think on your feet. You must be able to work alone with minimal supervision as well as able to work in a group. The right candidate will keep the jobsite and equipment clean and organized. A positive, enjoyable collaborative work environment and being a good example is very important to us. Experience is highly preferred, but we are willing to help the right candidate with the right background grow into the job. We all have to learn something new every day to be successful. Compensation will depend on what value you can add to the operation. After one month we do a 100% reimbursement for health share for your whole family. We try to be flexible for vacation and days off. This is a tobacco-free work environment. To be considered you must have a reasonably stable employment history, owner/manager references, be able to pass a background check and a drug test.
