Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to support general upkeep and repairs across our facility. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining a safe and clean environment, and can respond efficiently to routine maintenance needs. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections of building systems, equipment, and common areas. Complete minor repairs, basic troubleshooting, and general maintenance tasks. Assist with preventative maintenance to help reduce equipment downtime. Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas, storage spaces, and surrounding facilities. Report safety concerns, damage, or major repair needs promptly. Support setup, adjustment, or movement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment as needed. Work collaboratively with team members and communicate progress on assigned tasks. Follow safety procedures and use tools and materials responsibly. Qualifications Previous maintenance, repair, or custodial experience is preferred. Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and common maintenance practices. Ability to complete tasks with attention to detail and a high level of reliability. Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good communication and teamwork skills. Physical ability to perform routine maintenance duties, including standing, lifting, bending, and walking for extended periods. Preferred Attributes Flexible and responsive to changing priorities.
