Contract Overview We are seeking Cabling Technicians to support ongoing low voltage infrastructure projects throughout Western Massachusetts. Technicians will be responsible for pulling, installing, terminating, and supporting fiber optic cabling installations in large commercial and institutional facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for technicians with structured cabling and fiber experience who are looking for long-term project work with a growing team. Responsibilities Pull and install fiber optic cable throughout large buildings and facilities Support structured cabling installations including Cat5e, Cat6, coax, and fiber Assist with cable routing, dressing, labeling, and testing Perform fiber terminations and splicing as needed Read and follow project drawings and installation standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow OSHA and site-specific safety requirements Required Skills Fiber optic cable installation Structured cabling Cat5e and Cat6 cabling Coax cable installation Cable pulling and routing Low voltage systems Telecommunications infrastructure Wiring and cable management Preferred Qualifications Previous commercial low voltage experience Ability to work in large facilities and construction environments Experience using standard cabling tools and testing equipment Requirements OSHA 10 Certification (Required) Reliable transportation Ability to lift, pull, and install cable throughout the workday Ability to work safely on job sites Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Southwick, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
