We are currently hiring team members to join our Highway Cable & Fence team which services the entire state of Michigan.

A Construction Laborer working within the Fence & Cable division of our company will be assisting with installing fence and cable barriers in highway medians. This is an entry-level position. No experience is required, but any type of outdoor labor or construction work is a plus. You will learn every aspect of the fence & cable installation process while assisting the crew leaders in starting and completing projects. As a construction laborer, you will be installing highway cable barriers, removing old fences, digging holes for fence foundations, loading and unloading materials, installing fences on all types of job sites. This is a fast-paced outdoor environment with many opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications:

Valid Driver's License, CDL A Required Problem-solving skills Works well in a team environment where situations and demands change daily.

Effective Communication Skills Skills and Experience:

Construction Experience Construction Equipment Operation Ability to accurately read a level and a tape measure.

Work Requirements:

Ability to perform manual labor as required in an outdoor environment in the heat, sun, cold, and rain. This position can require working nights, weekends, and out-of-town to work on projects that could be a week(s) at a time.

$24.00 - $51.00 per hour
