Role:

We are seeking a Ford Certified Diesel Service Technician to join our service team. This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy-duty and medium-duty diesel vehicles in a fast-paced dealership environment. •$75 an hour

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain medium

•and heavy-duty diesel vehicles and equipment. Review repair orders and diagnose vehicle concerns using appropriate procedures and equipment. Perform inspections and follow required checklists to ensure vehicles are safe and properly serviced. Inspect safety equipment, protective guards, bolts, and other vehicle components and make necessary adjustments. Test-drive vehicles to verify repairs and ensure proper operation. Complete assigned repairs accurately and efficiently according to manufacturer specifications. Document warranty repairs and properly tag warranty parts and returns. Follow Ford policies, technical procedures, labor operations, torque specifications, and repair documentation requirements. Stay current with Ford technical bulletins, product updates, and required training. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Ensure customer vehicles are returned clean and properly serviced. Provide professional and courteous service to customers, dealership personnel, and visitors. Work toward production and performance objectives established by management. Follow all applicable safety requirements and dealership procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Supervisor or management.

Qualifications:

Ford Certification required Minimum 1 year of fleet or dealership experience Previous Ford dealership experience is preferred High school diploma or equivalent required ASE certification preferred CDL certification preferred Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills Customer-focused with a strong commitment to quality service Self-motivated, dependable, and professional Ability to work effectively in a team environment Must have your own professional tools Why Join Us?
