In addition to our excavation work, we operate a large materials division producing and selling mulch, topsoil, stone, and other landscaping products. Nearly 50 years in business, over 100 employees, and a fleet that's consistently updated with the latest equipment. Many of our team members have been here 20+ years. People come here and stay. Job Summary RLO Contractors Inc is seeking a skilled and dependable Mechanic to join our team. If you have experience working on heavy-duty trucks and construction equipment and want steady work with great pay and benefits, we want to hear from you! What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Benefits package (health, dental, vision) Paid time off & holidays Stable, full-time work Opportunities for training and career advancement Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain trucks and construction equipment Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, brake service, inspections, etc.) Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues Keep accurate service and repair records Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently Requirements Experience as a mechanic (trucks and/or heavy equipment) Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus) Ability to pass a drug test Own tools preferred Schedule Monday-Friday, with some Saturdays as needed Day shift (early morning start)
Pay:
$25.00 - $40.00 per hour
