In this role, you will utilize your mechanical expertise to diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension systems, electrical components, and more. Your skills will ensure equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably, supporting the success of our operations every day. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostics on diesel engines, electrical systems, transmissions, DPF/ Exhaust systems, and other heavy-duty truck components using automotive diagnostics tools. Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, suspension repairs, and brake repairs to keep vehicles in optimal condition. Maintain detailed service records and logs for all repairs performed; ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations. Qualifications Proven service technician experience working with heavy-duty diesel trucks or similar vehicles. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics, electrical repair, transmission work, and brake systems. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanic tools necessary for repair tasks. Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients or team members. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently; comfortable working in physically demanding environments.
Pay:
$25.00 - $38.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
