4:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Some Saturdays, occasional early hours 4:00 AM - 8:00 AM)
Pay:
Starting at $29.67/hr (progression up to $36.75/hr within 2 years) Hiring Immediately A growing industrial operation is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic / Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical abilities, welding experience, and a background working with heavy equipment. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay with structured increases:
Start:
$29.67/hr After 1 year: $30.56/hr After 2 years: $36.75/hr Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) with company match 9 paid holidays Key Responsibilities Repair and maintain heavy equipment and diesel machinery Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and facility-related issues Diagnose problems and implement effective repair solutions Perform routine preventive maintenance Assemble and install machinery and equipment Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams Maintain detailed maintenance and repair records Perform general building maintenance and upkeep Perform welding and burning for repairs (required)
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent Welding experience Experience with diesel engines, trucks, or heavy equipment Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Experience using hand and power tools Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
Additional Requirements:
