Diesel Technician/Mechanic

Pay: $25–$45/hr

Job Description

Duties:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and vehicles
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on diesel equipment
Repair or replace faulty parts, such as brakes, transmissions, and engines
Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify problems
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or similar role
Strong knowledge of diesel engines and systems
Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
Ability to solder, weld, and perform tire service
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Customer service-oriented with good communication skills
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
