Minimum Qualification:

High school diploma/GED and one (1) year of experience in building repairs and maintenance or in the specific area of assignment.

Note:

Preferred Qualification:

1.)Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools. 2.)Ability to read basic wiring diagrams and schematics. 3.)Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Note:

Completion of a vocational-technical school program in a skilled trade will substitute for the required experience. Candidate should possess strong time management skills and the ability to work independently while making sound decisions with limited supervision. A company vehicle is provided for work related travel. This position may be filled at the 1 or 2 level depending on the qualifications of the selected applicant.
